I hereby give permission to Alisa Bailey Imagery, LLC to use any/all photographs or likenesses of me, and/or of any minors listed below, and/or any business/location (interior & exterior) listed below, in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to the usage of such photos. I am over 18 years of age, I have the legal authority (guardian/property or business owner) to authorize such use, and I fully understand the terms of this release and that under United States Copyright Law, the photographer retains sole copyright to any/all images created.
